Vacuum Freeze Dryer "YFD Type"

Inputting operating patterns is easy with the touch panel system! A vacuum freeze dryer made to order.

The "YFD type" is a vacuum freeze dryer capable of freezing products down to -20°C and removing moisture through sublimation, allowing for drying (freeze-drying) while preserving shape and color. With a touch panel system, the drying process is fully automated, making it easy to change settings for temperature, vacuum, and input operating patterns. Since it is made to order, we design and manufacture the optimal equipment based on can dimensions, capacity, and control. 【Features】 ■ All made to order ■ Fully automated drying process with touch panel system ■ Compatible with both brine cooling and direct expansion cooling methods *For more details, please refer to the catalog. Freeze Dryer *Free Testing Available!

For drying various raw materials such as food! Moisture in the raw materials is frozen at temperatures below the freezing point, and then the moisture is removed and dried through sublimation while maintaining that state.

Freeze-drying is a method that involves freezing the moisture in raw materials at temperatures below the freezing point and then removing the moisture through sublimation while maintaining that state. The temperature inside the dryer is lowered below the freezing point to freeze the raw materials. After the freezing process is complete, the raw materials are heated from a negative temperature through a shelf in a vacuum state, causing the moisture to evaporate through sublimation. The evaporated moisture is cooled in a cold trap and collected in the form of ice. Finally, the cold trap is heated to discharge the evaporated moisture in liquid form. **Features** - Since sublimation occurs from a frozen state, there is little change in shape. - Drying progresses at low temperatures, resulting in minimal changes to components, while preserving color, aroma, flavor, and nutritional value. - The drying process creates a porous structure, allowing for drying from the inside and achieving low moisture content. - The porous finish provides good reconstitution and solubility. *Free tests are also available. Please feel free to contact us for more details.*
